This intensive program is designed to maximize skills during the holiday break. Helmets and shoulder pads required--and provided! 


Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Beginning on December 18th-21st.

9am to 11am daily.


This one-time holiday program will strengthen athletes in the following areas:

  • Speed and agility.
  • Strength training with Weights.
  • Individual position (O-Line, D-line, Linebacker).
  • Classroom Positioning Work.


Class limited to 12 athletes. Ages 12-14. 


Instruction provided by HIGH SCHOOL COACHES.
